Reference to the following claim:

      Claim for Conductor R. L. Holbrook dated 11/29/00 for difference in pay account not used on
2 Burns Harbor turns.

      As a result of a conference held with Labor Relations Officer R. L. Rowan and this office
during the week of September 12, 2005, it was agreed to dispose of this claim by allowing
payment of 16 hours.

      Assistant Director of Labor Relations A. S. Jones advised that necessary instructions have
been issued for payment of this claim.  Claimant should receive payment in the near future if
payment has not already been received.
