Robert L. Holbrook I started with the Pennsylvania railroad October 10, 1967 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as a brakeman being promoted to conductor in 1969. I have been with the UTU since its inception in 1969 and held various offices in local 724 at Fort Wayne including Vice Local Chairman, Legislative Representative, and Local Chairman. Since I started working in Elkhart, Indiana in 1981. I have been Legislative Representative, held the office of Vice Local Chairman and currently am Local Chairman, Legislative Representative, and Delegate for our local 194. I have been on the Finance Committee of the Indiana Legislative Board since 1995. |
